A camera should be an extension of the self, is what one of his mentors told Arjun M.G. when he made an irresistible foray into photography. With an academic background in Engineering, he knew his calling lay not just there, but where the muse called him, as his eyes framed pictures that he longed to capture and imprint for himself and others. So started his quest to follow that part of his calling – to learn more so that his expression in the medium benefitted. Arjun then joined the Raghu Rai Center for Photography. On this journey to discovering more about himself through his own photography, Arjun realises that he will always be that learner, finding his niche, his ‘way’ of doing things. ‘A solitary reaper’ of frames, set in solitary situations is what he sees himself as being, at this moment. In a large gathering, Arjun humorously refers to himself as a CCTV camera.
Now, this is his new venture, that provide underwater photoshoot in an economical way to every kind of people.
